Proposed Refund Conditions
The performance-refund schedule is proposed only and has no effect until owner and legal approval.
Proposed conditions—not active
- Eligibility applies only to the subscription fee actually paid for the named qualifying period.
- Weekly King has no performance-based refund.
- Monthly King proposal: 50% of the subscription fee if official qualifying monthly selections finish below 54% winners.
- Season King proposal: 75% of the subscription fee if official qualifying season selections finish below 54.5% winners.
- Wins and losses are graded against the immutable original published line. Pushes are excluded from the formula.
- Canceled or postponed games do not qualify until played within an owner- and counsel-approved settlement window; otherwise they are excluded.
- A claim requires an active paid membership for the entire measured period and must be filed within 30 calendar days after final grading.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after record verification and within the timing required by applicable law and the final approved policy.
- Disputes use the named official settlement source and preserved audit trail. Corrections remain visible and never rewrite the original release evidence.
Required legal review

- Review of the proposed performance-based service-fee refunds, including eligibility, conspicuous disclosures, claim timing, and card-network requirements.
- Review of privacy, data retention, account deletion, security incident, age, accessibility, and email/SMS consent requirements.
- Review of terms governing dispute resolution, governing law, chargebacks, cancellation, postponements, grading sources, and record corrections.
